📍 Race Day Details

Date Saturday, December 5, 2026 Location Croft State Park Address 450 Croft State Park Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29302 Packet Pickup Race morning, starting at 8:00 AM, at the check-in table near the start/finish at Croft State Park. Bibs are assigned at check-in. Parking Croft State Park charges an admission fee at the gate (children 5 and under free); camping can be reserved through the park.

🗺️ Course

The course will consist of the old 5K loop over to the Southside!

Getting There

Runners can enter the park at the following address: 450 Croft State Park Road, Spartanburg, SC 29302. Once you enter the park please follow the signs to the main park office adjacent to Campground Loop 1.

Aid Stations

Please bring a dish to share with runners, as this will be the official aid station of One Epic Run.

Cup-less Event: Please provide your own hydration vessel for use at our aid stations.

Camping Reservations & Park Admission

Once a World War II army training base, Croft State Park offers camping and day-use reservations over more than 7,000 acres of wooded terrain. The Army infantry training camp was shut down in 1947 and two years later, the property was reopened as Croft State Park. With over 45 miles of trails to explore and 165-acre Lake Craig, the park is a recreational favorite for anyone who loves the outdoors.

Park admission: $6 adults · $1.50 SC seniors · $1.00 children age 6-15 · age 5 and younger are free

Race Policies

• Rain or shine: the race goes on in any weather. If lightning or severe weather makes it unsafe, the start may be delayed.
• No refunds: all registrations are final.
