You are invited to be part of our 4th Annual Potter’s House - Steve Proffitt Legacy 5K & Fun Run, a walk, jog, and race where students, alumni, and community members come together to raise funds for Potter’s House, our favorite local coffee shop that loves you back. This year’s theme, “Give Love Back to the Potter’s House,” celebrates the incredible impact this ministry has had on the lives of college students in Springfield and invites the community to join us in giving back.

☕ About Potter’s House

Since 1999, Potter’s House has been a home away from home and a safe place for students to study, connect, and build lifelong relationships all over a cup of coffee. Alongside the coffee shop, The Studio next door hosts small group meetings and weekly fellowship gatherings for international students.

🌟 Remembering Steve Proffitt

This annual event continues to honor and celebrate the amazing life and ministry of co-founder Steve Proffitt (1954–2021), whose legacy lives on through every student touched by this place of belonging and hope.

🗓️ Registration Deadline

Must register by March 27, 2026 to guarantee shirt.

📍 Event Location

The race will be held at 724 S National Ave, Springfield, MO.

🏆 Prizes

Prizes will be Potter's House swag and coffee gift certificates for winners in each category of runners:

• 1st-3rd: M/F 14 & under
• 1st-3rd: M/F 15-19
• 1st-3rd: M/F 20-29
• 1st-3rd: M/F 30-39
• 1st-3rd: M/F 40-49
• 1st-3rd: M/F 50+

Packets will be sent the week following the in-person event.
