Calling all superheroes! We need you to join us for our 2nd annual race. All abilities are welcome to run, walk or roll the 5K course or fun run.

Please join us for a fun race and the opportunity to encourage everyone to #MoveWhatYouCan!

🎯 Mission Statement

Powered to Move’s mission is Putting Christ’s Love in Action by providing people with intellectual and physical disabilities opportunities for physical fitness. All proceeds and donations will be used to support our current adapted fitness programs, ongoing support and classes for the community through our community center, outreach programs, as well as cultivating our hand cycle and push chair race teams.

⚠️ Important Participation Notes

• Registration Requirement: Please note that a family member or friend must be registered to participate with those registrants who need assistance through the race, including those with intellectual disabilities and young children under the age of 5. Everyone participating in the race must be registered and displaying their bib while on the race course.
• Allowed Participation: Manual Wheelchair participants, push chairs, hand cycles, race chairs and strollers are welcomed.
• Animal Policy: Service animals will be the only animals allowed.

👕 T-Shirt Availability

T-shirts will be available: unisex t-shirts Adult sizes S - XXL and will be guaranteed for registrations before 9/1, after 9/1 will receive on a limited basis if size is available.

🏆 Awards

Awards will be given as follows:

• Categories: Overall M/F, Masters M/F, Wheelchair M/F, Adapted Running Joggers M/F, Race Chairs M/F, Hand Cycles M/F.
• Age Groups: 1st, 2nd, 3rd in 10 year age groups.
• Under 12: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, M/F - 12 and under.
• Older Age Groups: 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+.
