WHAT IS P.S. I LOVE YOU?
The "P.S. I Love You" event honors Patrick Steurer, a 1997 graduate of St. Vincent-St. Mary High School and a dedicated member of the downtown Akron YMCA.
- Avid Runner: Patrick completed his first half marathon in under two hours in 2013.
- Tragic Passing: He passed away during a training run before achieving his goal of running a full marathon.
- Steurer Legacy: Honored by his father Dan, a former YMCA board member and event chair.
- Lasting Impact: Remembered fondly by all who knew him: Patrick Steurer, we love you.
REGISTRATION DETAILS
- Pre-Registration: Until August 31st at 11:59 PM - $30
- Registration: September 1st through race day (9/19/2026) - $35
- T-Shirt Guarantee: Register before September 1st to be guaranteed a T-shirt!
