🎃 Race Overview

Join us on Saturday, October 11th for our 39th Anniversary PUMPKIN RUN 10K, 5K & 1 Mile run/walk event through the beautiful Lynn Creek Park surrounded by Joe Pool Lake.

• Event Highlights: Enjoy a FREE pancake breakfast, a special warm-up activity, face painting, pumpkin decorating, a remote control drag racing track, vendors, and more!
• Community Support: Proceeds donated to local charities, including Grand Prairie United Charities, Children First, Lifeline for Families, Relay for Life, HUHH, TD Foundation, Alzheimer’s Association, and other local charities supporting our community!
• School Involvement: Local K-12 schools are welcome to make it a Fundraiser!

Time: 8am

Early Packet Pickup Location: PICK UP DAYS WILL BE THURSDAY, OCTOBER 9 AND FRIDAY, OCTOBER 10 FROM 4PM - 7PM EACH EVENING. LOCATION IS EPIC NUTRITION 3154 S SH 161 FRONTAGE ROAD SUITE 630 GRAND PRAIRIE 75052

📦 Packet Pickup Information

Race Day Packet Pickup: Location: At the Registration table under the BIG white tent

Time: Beginning at 6:45 am

🤝 Volunteer Opportunities

• Packet Pickup: Arrive at race location no later than 4:15 pm to help distribute race packets and shirts.
• Aid Station: Provide water to participants as they pass by and keep the course clean by picking up discarded cups, bottles, and trash.
• Course Monitor: Help maintain a safe course by redirecting traffic away from participants and guiding them in the right direction.

Feel free to bring pom poms, horns, music, instruments, signs, etc. to encourage and cheer on runners. Bonus for creative costumes!

Park entry is FREE.

• Age Group Divisions: under 19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, over 60

❗ Refund/Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: All Lace Up Running events proceed rain or shine, or snow or cold. For that reason, we have a strict no refund policy.

Weather Policy: In the event of extreme weather, the start time may be delayed by up to half an hour. Past this time, the event course may be shortened or altered to protect the participants.

Safety Concerns: If conditions turn unsafe due to lightning, ice, or other hazards, the event may be canceled at the discretion of the Race Director.

Understanding: We appreciate your understanding of these policies and your participation.
