Raptor Run

Event Overview

• Date: April 4, 2026
• Location: 800 Museum Drive, Anniston, AL
• Registration Fee: $30.00 for the Raptor Run 5K
• Dino Dash Fee: $15.00 for the Dino Dash Fun Run (+ credit card processing)

Registration Details

• Deadline: Register by Monday, March 9th to guarantee a Raptor Run 5K t-shirt. T-shirt not included with Dino Dash registration.
• Dino Dash T-shirt: Registrants have the option to purchase t-shirt at checkout for $10.
• Discount for AM&G Members: Receive a $5 discount code by calling 256-237-6766 or emailing aroberts@annistonal.gov.
• Race Day Registration: $35 for Raptor Run 5K and $20 for Dino Dash Fun Run. Ends at 7:30 am.

Race Schedule

• Raptor Run 5K Start Time: 8:00 am
• Dino Dash Start Time: 9:30 am
• Awards Ceremony: To follow the races.
• Packet Pick-up: Friday, April 3 from 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm at Anniston Museum of Natural History, and race morning starting at 7:00 am.

Course Information

• Starting Point: Begins at the Anniston Museum of Natural History.
• Course Route: Runners will race throughout Museum Drive and Lagarde Park.
• Road Closure: Museum Drive will be closed from 6:00 am - 10:00 am on race day.
• Parking: Participants are asked to park at the Anniston Star building or the Calhoun County Health Department.

Transportation

• Shuttles Available: City of Anniston shuttles will transport registrants before and after the race.
• Last Day to Pre-register: Friday, April 3 at 4:00 pm.

• Overall Awards: Top Three Overall - Male and Female
• Age Group Awards: Male and Female: 12 and Under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80
