Run Like Hell 5K

🎃 Welcome to the Run Like Hell 5K!

The Halloween race everyone LOVES!

• Giveaway: Longsleeve t-shirt OR opt for no giveaway and save $$
• Trick or Treat: Along the way, stop and grab some candy from our CANDY stops (ya know...similar to a water stop but...CANDY!)
• Candy Collection: If you're planning to Trick or Treat as you run, please bring a bag to collect your candy.
• Costume Encouragement: Come dressed in your Halloween costume and run! STRONGLY ENCOURAGED! Let's see those costumes!

📅 Race Details

• Date: October 25, 2025
• Time: 3:00pm
• Where: The race starts from Johnny's Irish Pub and goes through the Streets of Irondequoit (See map below)
• Charity: Proceeds from the race will benefit a local charity: Sunset House in Irondequoit

🏆 Team Competition

• Run as a 6-pack: Come tied together with 6 of your closest friends and finish the race as the fastest 6 pack and win prizes.
• Alert Us: Please alert us at packet pickup if you plan to run as a 6-pack and you will be given a string to use to combine your team.
• Winning Team Prize: Winning team will win a $100 Johnny's gift card!
• Best Dressed Team Prize: Best Dressed Team will win a $100 Johnny's gift card.

💰 Registration Cost

• Now until End of September: $32
• October: $35
• Shirt Guarantee: Register by October 1st to guarantee your longsleeve Halloween-themed shirt size!
• Awards: Awards to top 1 M/F in each age group, 0-14, 15-19, and 5 year group from 20 through 75+.

Once you're finished, come join us at the after party hosted by Johnny's Irish Pub!

📦 Packet Pickup

• Friday: October 24th 12pm-6pm at Rochester Running Company
• Saturday: October 25th 2pm-2:45pm at Johnny's Pub (Race Location)
