Race Overview
- Course Type: Mostly flat and paved course, featuring a 1/4 mile run through the beautifully manicured vineyard.
- Post-Race Party: The celebration continues post-race. This one of a kind Run the Vineyards race sells out every year!

Race Details
- Start Time: Chip-timed 5K Race starts at 9 AM. Live-streamed results.
- Tech Tee: Custom high-quality Tech Tee included, or upgrade to Long Sleeves for $6 extra. Women's, Men's/Unisex, and Youth sizes available.
- Wine: A glass of delicious Cape May wine included with race entry.
- Wine Glass: Stemless "Run the Vineyards" wine glass included.
Finisher Medals
- Souvenir Medals: Available for $8 during registration or $10 on race day while supplies last.
After-Party Fun
- Awards: Top 3 Overall and Age Group Male and Female winners awarded! (Ages 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, and every 10 yrs.)
- Live Music: Live musician Gene Shepherd performing until Noon.
- Food: Cape May Winery's Tapas Kitchen open with delicious menu options.
- Photos: Free downloadable race and after-party photos provided by a professional photographer within 24-48 hrs after the race.
Other Race Details
- Spectators: Welcome! Wine available for purchase after race.
- Walkers and Children: Welcome to participate with a 1 Hour Time Limit. Special pricing for children available during registration (wine ticket will not be included for minors).
- Weather Policy: Race is rain or shine. No transfers or refunds.
- Packet Pick-up: On Race day from 7:30-8:30 AM at "Good Day for a Run" tent behind winery. Arrive by 8:30 AM to check-in.
