📏 Run the Race

• Course: Enjoy a scenic 5K course through Wildwood beginning at MudHen Brewing Company, traveling down Rio Grande, across the boardwalk and back!
• Results: Timed Race Results provided via Race Sign up for all participants.
• Hydration: Stay hydrated with water & zero sugar hydration provided by LMNT.
• Beer: A MudHen Beer (21+) to fuel your race to the finish line.

• Post-Race Fun: After crossing the finish line, join us in the MudHen parking lot to toast your victory!

👶 Little Hen Mile

• Family Friendly: Register the whole family! Bring your Kiddos for our first ever kid's mile (Ages 12 and under).
• Start Time: Race will begin at 10:00 AM after IPA 5K awards ceremony.

• Brunch: Head inside the Station House for Brunch from 9AM-2PM.
• Lunch: Into the Brewpub for Lunch to fuel up after the race.
