- 1-Mile Event: The 1-Mile is untimed and begins at 6:30pm.
- 5K Event: The 5K is professionally chip-timed by GCXC Racing - Youngstown and begins at 7:00pm.

- 1-Mile Participants: Receive a participant t-shirt.
- 5K Participants: Receive a chip-timed bib number, participant shirt and finisher medal (medals limited to the first 150 pre-registered).
