Peninsula Adventure Sports is thrilled to announce a new partnership with Rain Bear Running Club to bring you this year's Salt Creek 24. We couldn't be more excited to partner with Rain Bear Running Club, a group known for its passion, expertise, and dedication to fostering a vibrant running community. The Salt Creek 24 has always been about celebrating endurance, adventure, and the stunning beauty of the Olympic Peninsula, and this partnership will take it to the next level.

🏞️ Event Details

• Location: Salt Creek Recreation Area, Port Angeles, Washington
• Route: 1.3 mile route for 24 hours either solo, part of a relay team, or as a Last Runner Standing
• Experience: Runners will enjoy expansive views, towering evergreens, and World War II history
• Flexibility: Challenge yourself by choosing how you want to participate: lap the course as you please

🍔 What’s Included in Your Registration?

• Aide Station: Fully stocked, with special treats during the toughest hours
• Setup Area: First-come, first-served area for continuous runners to set up personal aide stations
• SWAG: Exciting surprises to commemorate your participation
• Pricing: Price increases on August 1 and October 1

⛺ Camping Recommendations

We recommend reserving a campsite at Salt Creek Recreation Area as soon as possible. If campsites sell out, we will work with the park to ensure that all racers have camping options available. If you plan to be on the course for the entire race with minimal breaks, you may stage out of your vehicle or set up a 10x10 pop-up canopy as your staging area.

📄 Refund Policy

• No Refunds: No refunds or deferrals to future races allowed.
• Transfers: Allowed until 3 days before the race.
• Event Cancellation: Runners will receive a free transfer to the next year or an 80% refund.
• Insurance: Purchase refund insurance for a full refund if unable to attend for covered reasons. More information can be found at: Protecht RegShield.
