Course Description
- Trail Overview: The route traverses Kelly Ridge between the Olympic National Park and the Strait of Juan de Fuca.
- Pathway: Majority on single track Adventure Trail with some unpaved forest road and less than a mile on pavement.
- Finish Line: Located at Lake Crescent in Olympic National Park, known for its exquisite turquoise blue waters.
- Elevation: Maximum elevation of 1,619 feet with cumulative elevation gains of 1500 ft (half), 3500 ft (marathon), and 3700 ft (50K).

GOAT Run is Cupless
- Environmental Responsibility: We aim to eliminate waste and keep trails clean.
- Policy: Starting in 2024, we will not provide disposable cups.
- Hydration: Runners will carry their own hydration vessels, such as a backpack or water bottle.
- Recommended Gear: Consider using a HydraPak speed cup.

Refund Policy
- Refund Availability: 50% refund until August 15: no refunds after this date.
- Deferrals: No deferrals to next year allowed.
- Transfers: Allowed until 3 days before the race. Transfer instructions.
- Cancellation Insurance: Optional for a full refund in certain circumstances even after August 15. More info here.
- Cancellation Policy: If canceled, runners can transfer to the next year or receive an 80% refund.
