SARR Pick Up the Pace (PUP) Spring Training Program - we have a place for every pace & all levels are welcome!

📅 Program Dates

• Start Date: April 25, 2026
• End Date: July 4, 2026
• Programs: Basic & Advanced
• Basic: For beginner/intermediate runners with a goal to improve speed and running form.

Advanced: For experienced runners with a goal of increasing speed & running their fastest race. The advanced schedule includes more mileage/speed work.

📍 Kickoff Location

• Venue: Lady Bird Johnson Park (pavilion near the Trailhead)
• Address: 10700 Nacogdoches Rd, San Antonio, TX 78217
• Coaching: Training schedules written by experienced RRCA Certified Coaches
• Group Runs: Weekly Group Runs on Saturday AM & Tuesday PM.

🏁 Goal Race

Goal race: Freedom Day 4-Miler

👥 Membership Information

• Eligibility: Training is for SARR Members: join SARR during signup if not a member.
• Inclusions: Training Team Shirt included.
• BONUS: all SARR Training Teams save 25% off Scallywompus individual races or the series.
