🏃‍♀️ Race Overview

This will be the fifth running of the "Spin & Dye" 8k race in Erwin, NC.

• Date: August 8, 2026
• Location: 810 S 16th St, Erwin, NC
• Beneficiary: Proceeds will benefit Rockism for Autism.
• Start Time: The race will start at 7:00 am and will be chip timed.

🏅 Awards

Medals will be presented to the top 3 overall female and male.

• Top Finishers: Medals for the top 3 overall male and female.
• Age Group Medals: Awarded based on USAT&F 10 year groupings.
• Age Groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and up.

💰 Bundle Registration

This race will be the second of a Harnett County series, partnered with races in Dunn and Coats.

• Bundle Option: Sign up for all three races using the "Bundle" option and save some money!
• Registration Deadline: Bundle registration will only be offered until 4/30/25 when the registration for the first race closes.
