🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

• Event: This will be the fifth running of the "Spin & Dye" 8k race in Erwin, NC.
• Proceeds: The proceeds this year will benefit the TBD.
• Course: This will be a challenging 8k that will start and finish at Al Woodall Municipal Park.
• Start Time: The race will start at 7:00 am and will be chip timed.

🥇 Awards

• Overall Medals: Medals will be presented to the top 3 overall female and male.
• Age Group Medals: Age group medals will be given to females and males based on USAT&F 10 year groupings: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and up.

📅 Series Information

• Series: This race will be the second of a Harnett County series, partnered with races in Dunn and Coats.
• Bundle Option: Sign up for all three using the "Bundle" option and save some money!
• Registration Deadline: Bundle registration will only be offered until 4/30/25 when the registration for the first race closes.
