Purpose of the Walk

• Awareness: This walk aims to bring awareness to those that have died due to substance use disorder, those that are still struggling, and our unsheltered population.
• Participation: Feel free to bring a sign to carry on this walk or a pair of shoes that you would like to carry to represent your loved one.

Organizers

• Ohio CAN/Newark Homeless Outreach: Strives to educate, embrace, and empower those whose lives are affected by substance use disorder and their families.

Event Schedule

• Registration: Begins at 9am (must register in advance to get an event shirt)
• Event Start: The walk starts at 10am.
