• Race Name: The Surf Drive Mile (formerly the "Main Street Mile")

• Location: Along Surf Drive, finishing at the Surf Drive Beach House

Participants

• Inclusive: The race is intended for all levels of runners and walkers.
• Fast Runners: Positioned at the front for a competitive mile.
• Slower Runners: Encouraged to line up near the back.
• Strollers: Must start at the back for safety reasons.

Guidelines for Children

• Supervision: Children under age 7 must be accompanied by a registered adult.
• Registration: The adult must be registered to run the race.

Facilities

• Toilets: Available at the start/finish line area.
• T-shirts: First 150 entries receive a shirt: remaining shirts based on availability.
• Refreshments: Provided immediately following the race.

Directions

• Pickup: Number pickup and race day registration at Surf Drive Beach House.
• Navigation: Take Rte. 28 to Main Street, then turn south on Walker St. or Shore St.
• Race Start: One mile west of the Beach House, finish at the Beach House.

Awards

• Categories: Awards to the top three males and females overall.
• Medals: Commemorative medal for each finisher aged 18 and under.
