Sweat For Vets Challenge

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

On Sunday, November 2, 2025, runners, hikers, and walkers will join in supporting Veterans by participating in the Sweat For Vets Challenge at the Brush Mountain Sportsmen’s Association in Altoona, Pennsylvania.

• Date: November 2, 2025
• Location: Brush Mountain Sportsmen’s Association, 100 Brush Mountain Road, Altoona, PA
• Events: 10K and 5K trail race, 5K trail walk
• Support: Local Veterans

🥇 Race Details

• 10K Race: Starts at 11 AM and features a challenging course scaling the Allegheny Mountains.
• 5K Run/Walk: Follows at 11:05 AM. Walkers please line up towards the back to allow runners ahead.
• Young Recruits Race: A 1/2 Mile race that will start at noon.
• Post-Race Celebration: Please stay for awards and post-race party!
