TCRR's Race for the Cause 5k

🏃‍♂️Event Summary

• Course: Fast, mostly flat course begins and ends at White Bank Park, Colonial Heights, Virginia.
• Participants: Open to runners and walkers.

📅Event Details

• 6:45 AM: Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup begins.
• 8:00 AM: 5K Run/5K Walk - $25 for individual ($30 if received after July 29th), $22 for TCRR member ($30 if received after July 29th): Students thru grade 12 - $15 ($20 if received after July 29th): Couples - $40 ($50 if received after July 29th).
• 9:00 AM: Children's Fun Run - Open to ages 14 and younger. FREE. Register online or on Race Day.
• 9:30 AM: Awards Ceremony.

👕T-Shirts

• Guarantee: Short sleeved t-shirts guaranteed to all registrations received no later than August 1st.
• After August 1: Sizes are not guaranteed.

👥Teams

• Composition: Teams must contain 3-5 people, with at least 1 male and 1 female on each team.
• Awards: There will be awards for the top 3 teams.

🎗️Charity

• Beneficiary: Proceeds benefit the Massey Cancer Center.
