- Atmosphere: Running with a bunch of crazy fun people!
- Course: Mostly flat with small inclines/declines along the scenic Tennessee River.
- Facilities: Restrooms with toilets that flush and sinks with running water.
- Camaraderie: Focused more on fun and teamwork than competition.
🏅 What to Expect
- Drop Bags: Leave your personal goodies and shed layers as you warm up.
- Time Limit: Four hours for all distances.
- Swag: Choose from past race shirts, medals, and random race bibs!
- Aid Station: Epic setup with Gatorade, water, snacks, and more!
📅 Registration Information
- Packet Pickup: From 8am to 9am on Saturday ONLY.
- Fees: Registration and add-on fees are not refundable or transferable.
- Weather Policy: Races will occur rain or shine!
