Event Overview
- Sign Up: Do you want to sign up for the full FOUR 2027 Awesomesauce Riverpark race series to earn extra swag? You need to do that on the Freeze Your Half Off registration page.
- Casual Fun: It's low key. It's like a group run, but with swag. Enjoy cowbells, music, camaraderie, and great scenery!
- Flexible Participation: You can run, walk, skip, and wear sneakers, sandals, or no shoes at all. Our races are intentionally small for personalized attention.
- Unique Experience: This is NOT a typical race! Please read ALL information before signing up!
The Course
- Terrain: Mostly flat with small inclines/declines on a paved path by the Tennessee River.
- Facilities: Features restrooms with flush toilets, running water, and soap. Exactly ZERO port-o-potties will be present.
- Finish Area: Pass the start/finish/aid station area multiple times. Leave a drop bag and access personal goodies.
- Atmosphere: Focus is on camaraderie over competition, with ample encouragement from fellow participants.
Race Details
- Time Limit: Four hours for all distances. Walkers are welcome!
- Award: The only award is for LAST place - for the one who perseveres the longest!
- Registration Fee Includes: Entry into the chosen race distance and unique race swag including shirts from discontinued races.
- Aid Station: An epic setup featuring Gatorade, water, Gu, fruit, candy, cookies, chips, pickles, and pickle juice.
Registration and Policies
- Packet Pickup: From 8am - 9am on race day only.
- No Refunds: Registration fees and add-on fees are final and non-refundable.
- Weather Policy: The races will go on rain or shine, unless prohibited by park service or dangerous weather conditions.
- Experience: We prioritize camaraderie over competition, ideal for those seeking a fun, laid-back atmosphere.
