TMC A-Mountain Half Marathon + 4-Miler + Cox Family Mile

Lace 'em up and join us at Tucson's premier half-marathon charity event, for all ages, all abilities, and all bodies. Runners, walkers, joggers, chair athletes, young and old -- everyone is welcome, but the race is capped at 1500, so sign up before we sell out!

🏞️ Race Course

The only half marathon in the City of Tucson, this beautiful course brings you to the heights of Sentinel Peak and cruises past the historic Mission Garden and along the scenic Santa Cruz riverpath. Choose the challenge of a half marathon or a fun 4-miler. Still too far? Bring the whole family and walk the Cox Charities Family Mile or have the little ones join the SAR FitKidz Mile, free for all 12 and under.

🎶 Post-Race Activities

Top runners are eligible for prize money, and all participants can enjoy live music, a post-race beer garden, and an after-party at the super-cool Mercado San Agustin Annex, a perfect post-run venue, with music, food and more.

🏃‍♀️ TMC A-Mountain Half-Marathon

• Distance: The only 13.1 mile half-marathon that’s actually in Tucson, your beautiful course will circle the summit of A-Mountain then cruise an out-and-back along the scenic Santa Cruz Riverpath.
• Shirt: All Half registrants receive a technical long sleeve race shirt, perfect for the coming winter months.
• Medal: All Half registrants receive the stained glass souvenir medal.
• Awards: Prize money for top runners and gift certificates to The Running Shop for age group winners.
• Time Limit: Four hour time limit for runners and walkers.
• Registration Fee: $90 through October 13, then $100.

🏅 TMC A-Mountain Four-Miler Run/Walk

• Route: You can walk or run this out-and-back route that circles the top of A-Mountain, with beautiful views of the entire Tucson region.
• Shirt: All 4-Miler registrants receive the colorful race shirt and the souvenir medallion.
• Awards: Gift certificates to The Running Shop for age group winners.
• Registration Fee: $40 through October 13, then $50.

👶 SAR's FitKidz Free Mile

• Cost: Free for children 12-and-under.
• Goodies: Kids goodies provided by the SAR FitKidz Program.

👨‍👩‍👧 Free Family Mile

• Eligibility: Free for all 13-and-over -- perfect for all abilities.
• Event: Walk or run a mile along the race course - fun for families.
• Shirt Availability: You may be able to purchase a souvenir shirt on race day.
• Discounts: Your race number gets you discounts to local merchants and restaurants.

🎁 Fabulous Goodies and Race Day Fun

• T-Shirts: Colorful t-shirt for first 1500 registrants in the half and 4-miler.
• Medallions: Souvenir medallion for first 1500 registrants.
• Awards: Age group awards courtesy of the Running Shop.

🌍 Community Impact

Third and final race of the 2025 Gabe Zimmerman Triple Crown, raising funds for BEYOND-Tucson. The TMC A-Mountain Half-Marathon is part of the SAR Running Shop Mizuno Grand Prix.

📅 Post-Race Information

Remaining shirts and medals available at The Running Shop (3055 North Campbell) on a first-come, first-served basis through November (be mindful that they produce the Thanksgiving Day Classic, so it will be crowded around Thanksgiving!).
