Tri 4 Schools Middleton Kids Triathlon

Event Overview

Tri 4 Schools is a part of Active Youth Wisconsin, a nonprofit committed to empowering kids to be happy, healthy, and confident through movement. To support our mission, we donate 100% of youth entry fees to the participants' schools.

Course Distances

• Long Course: Swim 100 yards (4 lengths of the pool), Bike 4 miles, Run 1.2 miles (recommended ages 11-14)
• Medium Course: Swim 50 yards (2 lengths of the pool), Bike 2.1 miles, Run 0.7 mile (recommended ages 7-10)
• Intermediate Course: Swim 25 yards (1 length of the pool), Bike 2.1 miles, Run 0.7 mile (recommended ages 7-10)
• Short Course: Swim 25 yards (exits 0-depth side of pool), Bike 0.5 mile, Run 0.2 mile (recommended ages 3-6)

At-Home Option

Complete your race wherever and whenever you like! Please follow all traffic rules and safety recommendations as you complete your race.

• Notes: While there are recommended ages listed, please select the course that best matches your child’s ability and interest, regardless of age. Note that the Long Course is only open to athletes age 7 and older. If your athlete uses a bike with training wheels, they must be registered for the Short Course.
