🏅 Race Overview

• Event: Get ready to kick off your Thanksgiving Day with a burst of energy at the 7th Annual Oviedo Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk Presented by Orlando Health on November 27, 2025!
• Start Time: The race starts at 8:00 am sharp.
• Participants: Run alongside 1800 friends and family, all sharing the joy of health and community.
• Finishers Medal: A well-deserved finisher medal will be waiting for you at the finish line.

📅 Day of Event Schedule

• 6:30 a.m: Registration & Pre-Registrations Opens
• 8:00 a.m: 5K Race Start - Youth 5k Starts at the same time
• 9:00 a.m: Kids run - no chip timing
• 8:45 a.m: Awards ceremony

👕 Tee Shirts

• Guarantee: Shirts are guaranteed for all pre-registered participants before November 25th.
• Availability: Shirts are not guaranteed on race day.
• Sold Out: Once a shirt is sold out you will see sold out.

🏆 Awards

• Categories: Awards will be provided to the top 3 Males and Top 3 Females.
• Age Groups: Top 3 in the following age groups: include 6 & under, 7-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90+

Ruck Sack Division

• Challenge: This division entails walking or hiking while carrying a weighted rucksack or backpack.
• Military Training: It is a staple of military training.
• Weight Divisions: 15 pound & 30 pounds are the two divisions.

📦 Registration & Packet Pick-Up

• Location: O2B KIDS - 1175 Oviedo Mall Boulevard, Oviedo, FL 32765
• Dates: November 14 - November 26, 2025 - 9:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
• Closing Time: November 23 Saturday Closing time is 5pm
• Day of Registration: Packet pickup will take place on race day from 6:30 a.m. to 7:45 a.m.

• Availability: Parking is plentiful next to the race start location.
• Location: The race starts and ends at the same location.

⏱️ Timing & Scoring

• Method: Race will be timed and scored with a disposable chip provided.
• Chip Location: The chip will be attached to the back of the bib.

• Where to Park? Free parking is available. More info coming soon!
• Course Length: The 5K is 3.1 miles.
• Timing: The race uses an electronic timing system that records race times via a transponder chip.

• Can I bring my dog? Yes
• Strollers: Yes, please start in the latter part of the runners.
• Water: Yes, but there will also be a water station on the course.
• Refund Policy: We are unable to issue refunds.
• Rain Policy: The race is a "rain or shine" event.
