🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

Join us for the 12th year of racing in Upper Dublin Township! This USAT-sanctioned race, produced by the Upper Dublin Township Parks & Recreation Department, is ideal for experienced athletes as well as a great introduction to the sport for newbies. We have many race options including a triathlon (individual or relay), duathlon, aquabike and a 5K run.

📅 Virtual Race Info Meetings

Leading up to Sunday's race, there will be a series of virtual race info meetings that will review what to expect leading up to the race and on race day. Each info meeting will be the same presentation and cover the same material - these meetings are not mandatory.

• Triathlon - 350-meter Pool Swim, 10.3-mile Bike & 3.1-mile Run
• Duathlon - 2-mile Run, 10.3-mile Bike, 3.1-mile Run
• Aquabike - 350-meter Pool Swim, 10.3-mile Bike
• 5K Run - 3.1-mile Run

📝 Race Registration Deadlines

You must register by 4/19/24 to receive a custom bib. You must register by 5/1/24 to be guaranteed your preferred t-shirt size. Note that the race may sell out before these dates.

⏰ Day-Of Timeline

• 5:30 AM Transition Area & Packet Pickup opens
• 6:15 AM Pool opens for warm-up swim
• 6:40 AM Packet Pickup for Tri/Du/Aqua closes
• 7:30 AM First swimmer enters the pool/Duathlon begins
• 10:30 AM Awards Ceremony

🏆 Awards

Finisher medal and finisher item for all that complete their respective race.

Triathlon - The following award format is followed:

• Top 5 Overall Male & Female
• Age Groups (3 deep) Male & Female
• Top 3 Clydesdales (Males 220+ lbs)
• Top 3 Athenas (Females 165+ lbs)

Can't race or know someone who would like to volunteer? To register to volunteer, visit 2024 UD Triathlon Volunteer Sign-up or contact Tammy at TEchevarria@upperdublin.net. All volunteers receive a delicious breakfast sandwich, sweet orange volunteer shirt (yours to keep obviously) and lots of praise from the racers.
