• Certification: The 5K course is USATF certified
• Scenic Route: Follows Fred Meijer Flat River Trail
• Neighborhoods: Returns through local neighborhoods and Montcalm Community College
• Finish Line: Exciting finish through the tunnel onto Legacy Field

🎖️ Awards

• Trophies: 5K Overall Male and Female, Masters Male and Female
• Medals: Top 3 in each age group (male/female)
• Age Groups: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, ..., 80+
• Note: The walk is non-competitive and untimed

• Guarantee: Guaranteed with entry thru April 18th
• Availability: Available in sizes as last after April 18th

💰 Entry Fees

• 5K Run/Walk: $25 until April 18th, $30 from April 19th to April 27th, $35 on race day
• One Mile Walk: $20 until April 27th, $25 on race day

🚫 Safety Note

• Prohibited: No dogs, bicycles, scooters or rollerblades
• Strollers: Welcome but start at the back of the event
