Race Description
This FREE 5K run/walk welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels. However you choose to do the 5K (a run, jog, or walk), the Hamtramck Health Hike offers a fun, family-friendly way to get active and explore the city streets of Hamtramck.
Race Timing and Results
- Timing: The 5K will be officially timed.
- Bib Number: Participants can look up their bib number online.
- Results: Check race results and compare times within age groups.
- Giveaways: Be among the first 400 people to register and attend to receive free giveaways!
Community Involvement
Participants will have the chance to learn more about healthy, drug-free lifestyles and partake in activities at the park afterwards. HDFCC was founded by the Piast Institute in 2007 to address issues of substance abuse among Hamtramck youth.
