Healthy Mommy 5K and 10K

🏃‍♀️ Event Overview

• Date: Saturday, May 31, 2025
• Location: Grayson County Middle School, Leitchfield, KY
• Start Times: 5K & 10K at 8:15 am: Kiddie Dash at 8:00 am
• Course: Fast, flat, open road with water stops every mile

👶 Kiddie Dash

• Eligibility: Open to kids ages 0-10 years
• Distance: Approximately 200 yards
• Start Time: Begins at 8:00 am
• Cost: Free (does NOT include a race day shirt)

🎗️ Race Purpose

• In Honor: Kristy Elmore Langdon, who lost her battle with postpartum depression and psychosis in 2014
• Goal: Raise awareness of maternal mental health issues
• Proceeds: All funds go to the Maternal Mental Health Foundation Inc.

📝 Registration Details

• Cost: $40 for the 5K and 10K (processing included, includes race day t-shirt)
• Deadline: Register by 5/15/25 to guarantee a shirt on race day
• Online Registration: Open until 7:45 am on race day
• Cash Registration: Accepted on race day

📦 Packet Pickup

• Early Pickup: Friday, May 30, 2025, from 3-7 pm at Grayson County Middle School
• Race Day Pickup: Starts at 7 am at the school

• Categories: Top Male & Female finishers in 5K & 10K
• Age Categories: Awards for each of the following:
• Under 10
• 11-14
• 15-19
• 20-29
• 30-39
• 40-49
• 50-59
• 60-69
• 70 and over

• Provider: Central Kentucky Race Management
• Timing Method: Chip timing and race day environment
• Awards Determined: Overall awards by gun time: age group awards by chip timing
