Hardin County Fair 4-H 5K Run/Walk

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

This fun 5K is a mixed terrain race (trail, gravel, and asphalt) at the beautiful Hardin County Fairgrounds. Bring the whole family for this fun walk or run through the Hardin County Fair.

🌱 About 4-H

4-H is a positive youth development organization committed to building outstanding leaders with marketable skills to succeed in today's society. Hardin County 4-H offers many opportunities to grow and learn through:

• Project Clubs: Horse, Livestock, Dog, Shooting Sports, Bee Keeping, Rabbit & Poultry, and Teen Club.
• Special Interest Programs: Known as SPIN, these can change throughout the year.
• Past SPIN Programs: Cooking, sewing, gardening, and robotics.
• Motto: “To Make the best better.”

📅 Event Details

The run/walk will be held at the Hardin County Fairgrounds on Saturday, July 12th at 7:30am RAIN or SHINE. Dogs are welcome *on leash*.

📝 Registration

• Cost for Adults: $30 per runner 18 and up.
• Cost for Youth: $20 per runner 9-17 years of age.
• Free for Kids: 8 and under.
• Team Discount: Create a team of 5 or more participants to receive a $5 discount off of each runner's registration fee!

All paid entries will receive a race day t-shirt if registered by June 15th (extra shirts will be available on a first-come, first-served basis on race morning).

📦 Packet Pickup

Race Day Packet Pickup and Same Day Race Registrations will begin at 6:30am on race morning.

🏆 Awards

Top 3 Overall Male and Female Finishers will be awarded. Additionally, awards will be given to the Top Male and Female Finisher in each of the following age categories:

• Age Groups: 13 and under, 14-19, 20-26, 27-32, 33-38, 39-44, 45-52, 53-59, 60 and over.
