🏆 Race Overview

This day is all about supporting The Summer Safe Ocean State initiative in Rhode Island! We are all coming together to raise awareness & funding toward Water Safety/Drowning Prevention, Cancer Prevention/Cardiac Health & Protecting Rhode Island's Coastal Environment.

🏃‍♂️ Race Events

• 5K Run or Walk: Participate in a scenic 5K run or walk.
• 1 Mile or 2.4 Mile Swims: Choose between a shorter or longer swim distance.
• 3 Mile or 6 Mile Paddles: Enjoy paddling either 3 or 6 miles.
• Eco-Challenger: Compete in the 5K Run + 1 Mile Swim + 3 Mile Paddle.
• Ultimate Challenger: Take on the 5K Run, 2.4 Mile Swim, and 6 Mile Paddle.

🚗 Parking Information

Parking Is Charged By Car Weekend Rate: RI Resident $7.00, Non-RI Resident $14.

🏅 Division Scoring Brackets

• Up to 17 Years Old: Category for younger participants.
• 18-29: Young adult competitors.
• 30-39: Participants in their thirties.
• 40-49: Competitors in their forties.
• 50-59: Sponsored for the fifty-somethings.
• 60-69: For those in their sixties.
• 70+: A category for seasoned athletes over seventy.
