Course

• Certification: Certified (VT13007JK) 10K.
• Route: Out and back through Shelburne and Charlotte.
• Terrain: A mix of dirt and paved roads with pleasant scenery.
• Highlights: Apple orchards, views along Lake Champlain, and the covered bridge at the turnaround point.

Registration

• Online Registration: Closes on Friday, Sept. 25th at noon or at 180 participants.
• No Race Day Registration: Pre-registered runners can pick up bibs at Shelburne Town Beach.
• Pickup Time: 7:45 AM to 8:45 AM. Bib pickup closes at 8:45.
• Limit: No race day registration available.

Restrictions

• Age Requirement: Open to all runners 12 and older.
• Child Policy: Runners under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Dog Policy: Town of Shelburne prohibits dogs on the beach and in the park.
• Timing: Finish line open for 90 minutes: timing active until approximately 10:30 AM.

Entry Fee

• Pre-registration: $20.
• Race Day: $25.
• GMAA Members: Subtract $5 from entry fees.

Prizes

• Awards: Prizes for top male, female, and non-binary finishers in each age group.
• Raffle: Perennial crowd-pleaser, the GMAA prize raffle!

Parking

• Event Parking: Available on site at Shelburne Town Beach lot.

After the Race

• Shelburne Orchards: Open 9-5 on race day, featuring apple picking, cider doughnuts, and cider.
• Refreshments: Available for all after the race at Shelburne Beach!

Additional Notes

• Safety: GMAA/Insurance rules prohibit running with a baby jogger or dog.
• Headphones: GMAA strongly discourages the use of headphones for safety reasons.
• Refund Policy: No refunds, deferrals, or transfers allowed.
