River Rock 'N Run 5K 2024

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

• Start Time: The race will begin at 9am! (This includes runners, walkers, and relay)
• Pickup: Bib pickup will begin at 8am inside the River Rock.
• Course: A scenic, riverfront 5K. New and faster course this year!
• Proceeds: 100% of all proceeds goes to Fulfill (Monmouth / Ocean County Foodbank) in time for the Thanksgiving holiday season.

👟 Registration Information

• Shirts Availability: T-SHIRTS ARE NO LONGER GUARANTEED IF YOU REGISTERED AFTER 11/13.
• Food: Race registration includes the BEST POST-RACE FOOD EVER!
• Unclaimed Shirts: If there are any unclaimed shirts after the race, they will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Online Registration: You can register online that morning.

🏅 Solo Rocker

• Distance: Run the 2-loop course for a full 5K.
• Split Times: Runners will receive a halfway split, as well as final 5K finish time.
• Single Participants: Open for individual runners.
• Challenge: Test your endurance on this scenic route.

🤝 Relay 5K

• Team Up: Runners can partner up and run the 5K as a relay.
• Loop Details: Leadoff leg runs the 1.5 mile loop with the baton, and then hands off the baton to the anchor leg to run the 1.5 mile loop.
• New Feature: Each runner will receive their split times in the results, as well as the team 5K relay time!
• Divisions: Pick your division (Family, Co-Worker, Male, Female, Mixed, Student) and come up with an awesome team name.

🍽️ Post-Race Celebration

• Gathering: All participants then join together inside the River Rock Restaurant for the BEST POST-RACE FOOD EVER!
• Prizes: Prizes and raffles while you enjoy the amazing food.
• Fundraising: Over $8000 has been raised so far.
• Cause: A great race for a great cause.
