Join us as we celebrate the 28th TEF Tenafly 5K Run & Dog Walk on Sunday, June 7, 2026.
Race Details
- Location: Tenafly Middle School, Tenafly, NJ
- Type: USATF-sanctioned 5K Run
- Participants: More than 1,500 runners and over 100 dogs
- Special Events: Includes a 1-mile Fun Run and inflatable bounce houses
Registration and Swag
- Goodies: T-shirt, goodie-filled tote bag, and swag for all registered participants
- Medals: All finishers receive a medal
- Health Fair: Family Health & Fitness Fair with snacks, drinks, and face painting
