🌟 Event Overview

• New Location: Due to construction at Holmes Lake Park, the 2025 event will be at Mahoney Park.
• Honor Their Memory: Created to honor the life and sacrifice of firefighter Stephen Siller, who died on September 11, 2001.
• Support Our Heroes: All proceeds support first responders and military members.

📏 Race Information

• Distance: The race is a 5K (3.1 miles), open for both walking and running.
• Registration: Best to register now due to price increases that occur over time.
• T-shirt: Registration includes a T2T Lincoln event T-shirt, guaranteed if registered by July 28th.
• Age Limit: There is no age limit: all are welcome to participate!

🚗 Logistics

• Parking: Ample parking available at Mahoney Park along Elton Lux Memorial Drive.
• Packet Pickup: Early packet pickup available on August 15th, location to be announced.
• Proxy Pickup: Someone else can pick up your packet with your registration receipt.
• Wear Your Bib: Display your bib on the front of your outermost garment: runners without a bib will be asked to leave.

💧 Event Amenities

• Timing: The event is not officially timed but a clock will be at the finish line.
• Water Stations: Water will be available at various points along the route and at start/finish.
• Food Options: Local food trucks and vendors will provide food and snacks at the event.
• Personal Belongings: You are responsible for your items: leave valuables locked securely in your vehicle.
