Bayou Bash Relay 2026
The 2026 Bayou Bash Relay will be on Saturday, April 25th at TC Jester Park.
Race Information
- Type: 4 person x 2.2 mile relay
- Course: Single loop on paved and crushed granite trails within the park
- Series: Penultimate race of the HARRA Spring Series
Race Divisions
- Open Categories: Open Male / Open Female
- Mixed Teams: Open Mixed (2M & 2F)
- Masters: Masters Male (40+) / Masters Female (40+)
- Special Categories: Senior, Veteran, Ultra-Vet, Uber-Vet
(Mixed teams consist of 2 men/2 women. You can enter 3/1 mix but will be placed in the men's division of that age category)
Awards
- Finishing Awards: Top 3 finishing teams in each division
- Participation: Open to all teams
- Membership Requirement: Only teams with all members having current membership in HARRA count towards the HARRA Club and Team Competitions.

New Odds & Ends Division
*Teammates may run multiple legs - any combo - 1, 2, or 3 runners - to complete the distance. Non-Competitive Division will receive a time, but not eligible for race awards.

Free Kids Race
Approx. 5:30 PM, following relay.
Entry Fees
- Before Race Day: $80 per team.
- Discount: $1 discount per HARRA member: $5 discount if all 4 runners are HARRA members.
- Race Day Fee: $100: no HARRA discount.
- Junior Teams: $40 for Junior teams (< 18).
Entry Fees are Non-Refundable.

Online Registration Instructions
- Team Captain: The first person to register starts a new team and is the administrator.
- Payment: Team Captain pays for the entire team in one transaction.
- Registration Options: Register all other runners or allow them to join using a password.

On Race Day, April 25, 2 PM - 3:30 PM.
Post-Race Gathering
Following the relay, the Houston Area Road Runners Association (HARRA) will be providing food, drink, and beer for the end of the year family picnic!
