- 5K Run: Course starts and ends at the Greater Hartford Jaycees Boathouse in Riverside Park
- 5k Row: Proficient single scullers only: club singles must be reserved
- 5K Erg: Register for a spot on one of the ergs: space is limited

- Donations: Net proceeds support the rowing program
- Top Fundraisers: Receive prizes
- Support: Donations can be made to individual rowers

- 7:30 am: Registration Opens/Bib Pick-up
- 9:00 am: Race Start Time

- 10:30 am: Awards Ceremony (approximate)

- 5k Run: Top 3 overall male and female, and first place in each age division
- 5k Erg: Top 3 overall male and female under 19, 20-40, 41-60, 61+
- Row: Top 3 overall male and female (USRowing age handicaps applied)
- 5k Fundraising: Top 3 adult, top 3 high school student, top group
