FORT LEE 5K - RUNNING FOR OUR YOUTH

Race Overview

Fort Lee PBA Local 245 will be hosting its 8th annual Fast and Flat 5k Run and One Mile Fun Run/Walk on Sunday, June 14th, 2026, at 9:00 AM.

• Location: 1355 Inwood Terrace, Fort Lee, NJ
• Date: June 14th, 2026
• Course: USATF certified course on Fort Lee's famous Abbott Blvd.
• Start Times: 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk at 9:00 AM, 5K at 9:30 AM.

Awards and Ceremony

• Ceremony Start: Award ceremony will begin at 10:30 AM.
• Awards: Given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd overall male/female.
• First Responder Awards: First place only for male/female first responders.
• Age Categories: Ages broken down every five years after ages 0-9.

Registration and Packet Pickup

• Packet Pickup: Begins at 7:30 AM onsite.
• Early Pickup: Held Friday, June 12th, from 4 PM - 7 PM at the community center.
• T-Shirt Guarantee: Only for participants who register by June 8th.
• Fees: 5K entry fee is $40 on race day, 1 mile is $30, credit card only.

Registration Process

Same day registration will be conducted through a QR code. Please have a smartphone to scan the QR code to register on race day. No cash or check will be accepted for race day registrations.

Beneficiary

All proceeds will benefit the youth within Fort Lee.
