Over The Vines Wine Run/Walk

🍷 Your registration includes:

• Lunch and wine tasting: Lunch and 4 wine tasting are provided along with your choice of a 5K Run, 2K Walk or time on your own to explore the property.
• T-shirt: A super comfy 50/50 soft cotton blend (not guaranteed if registering after 10/5)
• Race Bib: You'll receive a race bib upon registration.
• Entertainment: DJ Entertainment from 11:00 am -1:00 pm and Live Concert from Lounge Lizards with local talent Kristin Johnston from 1:00 pm -4:00 pm.

🎉 Fun Activities

• Selfie stations: Capture all of the fun during the event.
• Wine tastings: Enjoy 4 Wine Tastings along the trail.
• Costume Contest: Prizes for Best Individual Costume and Best Team Costumes, including a prize for the largest group costume.
• Professional timing: Provided for the 5K Run by Velocity Multi-Sport Timing.

🚀 Race Details

• 5K Run: Begins at Noon.
• 2K Walk: Begins at 12:30PM.
• Registration: Gates open at 11 AM for registration.
• Admission: Same ticket price whether running, walking, or exploring the property. No refunds.

🌿 Race Route

• Terrain: This is considered a trail run. Expect to run/walk on various terrain such as grass, gravel & compacted dirt.
• 5K Route: View the 5K Route.
• 2K Route: View the 2K Route.
• Location: Race will start & end at the Vineyard.

🍇 Wine Run Fun

• Wine Sales: Wine for sale day of event.
• Drink Options: Bloody Marys and draft beer sales day of event.
• Raffles: Basket ticket raffles for wine & other great items.
• Join Us: Enjoy a day filled with fun and good causes!

🤝 Support For Edgerton Outreach

Thank you for supporting the Youth Hunger Programs at Edgerton Community Outreach. Your generosity will provide a morning snack for over 300 students each week to ensure no child goes hungry. Other programs supported through your participation include the Weekend Grub Club Program (WGC) and ECO's Summer Lunch in the Park Program (LIP). WGC provides a weekend meal pack sent home with students over the weekend to help reduce food insecurity. The LIP program provides lunch for kiddos during the summer to meet the gap created when students are out of school.

📦 Packet Pickup

Packet pickup will be on race day only inside the barn and will be open at 10:45 AM.
