4th of July Mini-Marathon (2.6 miles)

Race Time

• Plan to line up: Please plan to line up by 11:15.
• Race Start: The race will start promptly at 11:30 am.
• Distance: 2.6 miles (mostly downhill) ONE-WAY fun run along the route of the Monmouth Independence 4th of July Parade.
• Titled Mini-Marathon: Because it is a 10th of a full marathon!

Course

Starting the race near Monmouth City Park, this event runs along the parade route so expect lots of encouragement/community support along the way! The elevation drop from start to finish is 47 feet.

Race Entry Fees

• Ages 9 and Under: $10 until June 30th
• Ages 10 and Up: $20 until June 15
• Fees after June 16: $25 June 16 until July 3rd
• Day of the Race: $30

Bib Pickup (Pre-registered)

• July 3rd: Noon - 6:00 pm at Anytime Fitness - 1399 Monmouth St., Independence, OR
• July 4th: 8:00 am - 11:15 am at Outside of Monmouth Fitness Club, Side of building 165 Main St W, Monmouth, OR

In Person & Day of Race Registration

• In Person Registration: July 3rd - 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Anytime Fitness, 1399 Monmouth St, Independence, OR 97351
• Day of Race Registration: July 4th, 8:00 am to 10:30 am (sharp) at Outside of Monmouth Fitness Club on the side of the building, 165 Main St. W., Monmouth, OR

Awards

Finishers will receive a medal. Overall winners and age group winners will be announced online following the event. No awards ceremony at the finish line, but ribbons are available for top finishers in each age group. Results will be available at RunSignUp.
