Please Join us in Salem, OR for the 2025 Cherry City Half Marathon, 10k, 5k and kids race! Runners and walkers of all ages and skill levels are invited to enjoy a fun, fast and beautiful course. After the race, be sure to stay and enjoy music and awards, cheer on our kids race runners, and enjoy award-winning Oregon wines and craft beer!

🕘 Event Start Times

• 8:00 am: Half Marathon
• 8:15 am: 10K
• 8:30 am: 5K
• 10:30 am: Kids Run (untimed kids 0.5 mile run or walk)

🎁 What's Included

• Official Race Shirt: All participants receive a race shirt.
• Special Finisher Medal: A medal for all finishers.
• Complimentary Drink: Enjoy a glass of Oregon wine or craft beer.
• Awards: Overall and age group awards for top finishers.

📋 Key Event Details

• Course Restrictions: Dogs or strollers are not allowed on the course.
• Packet Pickup: Friday (9/12/25) 4-8 pm & Saturday (9/13/25).
• Friday Location: Willamette Valley Vineyards Salem Hills Tasting Room.
• All Courses End Time: All race courses are set to end at 12:30 PM.

🎉 Pre-Race and Post-Race Offerings

• Morning Pickup: Early pickup, coffee, and water available.
• Post-Race Drink: Enjoy a complimentary pour of wine or craft beer.
• Food Trucks: Local food offerings for purchase post-race.
• Awards Ceremony: Awards for overall and age group finishers.

🚗 Parking Information

• Street Parking: Use street parking in downtown Salem.
• Plan Ahead: Allow extra time for arrival and setup.
• Parking Lot Note: Riverfront Park Carousel Parking lot fills quickly.
• Registration Deadline: Day of Race registration ends at 7:30 am.

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards will be given for the overall winners, master's winners (age 40+), and the following age groups:

• 30-39
• 40-49
• 50-59
• 60-69
• 70+
