🎉 Event Overview

• Proceeds: Shared by the Track and field and cross-country programs at Dallas HS and Central HS.
• Popularity: This is a very fun and popular event that sells out every year!

🚗 Parking Information

• Parking: Parking at the event location fills fast, and parking will NOT be available at the Polk County Fairgrounds this year.
• Carpool: We encourage carpooling if possible.

🕖 Race Day Schedule

• Registration: There will be race day registration (exact cash amount is requested). Please arrive early to get your information on the roster.
• Check-In: Opens at 7:00am.
• Start Times: The 10K run starts at 9:00am, followed by the 5K run/walk at 9:15am.
• Course: A flat, fast, out-and-back course that will be chip-timed.

🍕 Post-Race Celebration

• Food & Drinks: After your run, enjoy a slice of pizza from Yeasty Beasty and a glass of wine, beer, or soda, thanks to Eola Hills.
• Awards: Ribbons will be handed out to the top finishers of each age group for both male and female racers.

⏳ Race Guidelines

• Finish Time: We ask that all participants finish their events within 90 minutes of the start time.
• Prizes: The top 3 male and female finishers of each race will receive prizes. Ribbons will be awarded to the top 3 in each 10-year age division.
• Course Restrictions: No dogs are allowed on the course.
• Strollers: Strollers are permitted, but please do not crowd the front of the start line.
