Central Florida Heroes 5k

🏅 Event Overview

• Event: The 5th Annual Central Florida Heroes 5K will be held at the Tom Fellows Community Center in Davenport.
• Date: 2025-11-08 at 7:30 am.
• Celebration: Join us as we celebrate the heroes among us.
• Honorees: We will honor veterans, active military, firefighters, law enforcement officers, first responders, teachers and healthcare professionals.

🎉 Family Fun

• Gathering: Bring your family and friends to celebrate on Veterans Day weekend.
• Participant Perks: All participants will receive a tri-blend t-shirt, custom bib, finisher medal, and giveaways.
• Breakfast: Enjoy a pancake breakfast while waiting for the awards ceremony to begin.
• Sponsors: Visit with our race sponsors before and after the run.

🚗 Parking Information

• Arrive Early: Please arrive before 7:00 am to avoid traffic around road closures.
• Road Closures: State Street and North Blvd W will be closed at 7:00 am for preparations.
• Plan Accordingly: Make sure to have a plan to navigate around closures.

📅 Schedule of Events

• Early Packet Pickup: Friday, November 7, 2025, from 4-7 pm at Jarrett Gordon Ford, 2600 Access Rd, Davenport, FL 33837.
• Race Day: Saturday, November 8, 2025, at Tom Fellows Community Center, 207 North Blvd W., Davenport, FL 33837.
• Packet Pickup: 6:30-7:15 am on race day - NO day of race registration.
• Start Times: 7:30 AM for the 5k Race, 8:00 AM for the Pancake Breakfast, and 8:40 AM for awards.
