🎉 Event Overview

The Illinois State Fair Parade Run will take place on August 7, 2025, at the Illinois State Fair in Springfield, IL. For more details, visit the official race page: Race Sign Up.

👕 Shirt Registration

• Guarantee: To GUARANTEE a shirt, you MUST register before the deadline of July 15 at 11:59 pm US/Central.

📦 Race Packet Pickup

• Wednesday Pickup: RACE PACKET PICKUP will be held on Wednesday (day before the race) from 3:30-6:00 p.m. at the Springfield Running Center, 2943 West White Oaks Drive, Springfield, IL.
• Alternate Pickup: You are welcome to have someone else pick up your packet for you if cannot make it to packet pickup.
• Admission Ticket: You must attend packet pickup on Wednesday to receive a free admission ticket to enter the fairgrounds.

🏃‍♀️ Race Day Packet Pickup

• Limited Availability: Limited RACE DAY PACKET PICKUP will be held at the fairgrounds in the Village of Cultures on Thursday (race day) from 3:30-4:45 p.m.
• Admission Requirement: Please note participants attending race day packet pickup will be responsible for paying admission to enter the fairgrounds.

🌐 Notes for Virtual Participants

• New Option: NOTES FOR VIRTUAL RACE PARTICIPANTS - *NEW THIS YEAR- VIRTUAL OPTION FOR RACE DAY VOLUNTEERS ONLY*
• Submit Time: Run or walk your two miles wherever you choose! Beginning on race day you will be able to submit your time on this page (click on this year's results): Race Results.
• Edit Time: By your name, click EDIT TIME. You can submit results for one week after the race date.
• Packet Pickup: Race packets for virtual participants will be available for pickup with everyone else, no shipping.
