Event Overview
The RJ Corman 5K Run is rescheduled for Friday, July 24, 2026!
A beautiful (and challenging) 5K run through downtown Wilmore and surrounding subdivisions. This race is in conjunction with Wilmore's Festival of the 4th held annually.
Race History
- Original Sponsors: Mr. Corman, Taylor Made Farm, and Central Bank were the original sponsors.
- Event Creation: They helped create this annual event that honors Mr. Corman's contributions to Wilmore.
- Start/Finish Location: The run begins and ends at the Wilmore Municipal Center parking lot at 210 S. Lexington Ave.
- Free T-Shirt: Free t-shirt to all who pre-register.
Course Amenities
- Water Stations: Water available along the course.
- Refreshments: Refreshments will be provided following the race.
Awards
Awards will be given to the top three male & female finishers, as well as the top three in the following age categories:
- Categories: 10 & under: 11-14: 15-19: 20-24: 25-29: 30-34: 35-39: 40-44: 45-49: 50-54: 55-59: 60-64: 65-69: 70 & over.
