THIS REGISTRATION LINK ENSURES THAT YOUR ATHLETE IS PARTICIPATING IN THE IMG STATE TRACK AND FIELD MEET WITH THE GULF COAST RUNNERS. Please sign up here and then WE WILL DO THE REST to ensure your participation!

🎓 Scholarship Information

• Requirement: Any athlete(s) who have qualified and are in need of scholarship due to financial need, PLEASE REACH OUT TO COACH MOOMAW VIA THE QUESTIONS BUTTON BELOW!

📅 Eligibility Standards

Only those who have hit the following standards at a COMPUTER TIMED EVENT (Normal middle school meets do NOT count).

🏟️ Participation Agreement

By completing this registration, you are agreeing to have the GCR YOUTH TEAM sign you up as part of our club team. Additionally, you agree to transport your child and have a representative in attendance to provide supervision on May 17th at IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL.

• Responsibility: The responsibility of showing up in the appropriate place and "checking in" remains with the athlete on race day.
• Venue: This is a large venue and requires a self-sufficient and focused athlete.

🏋️‍♂️ Optional Practices

(Optional) PRACTICES:

• Dates: May 5th, 7th, 12th, and 14th from 5:30 - 6:30pm at Naples High School.
• Pickup: Make sure a ride is there to pick you up promptly at 6:30pm.
• Uniform: Just make sure you come to at least one of them to pick up a uniform prior to May 17th at IMG.
• Planning: Waiting until the day of the meet could ultimately leave you without a uniform, so please make arrangements ahead of time.

🏋️‍♀️ Training Guidelines

Field events are welcome to train at their own site, and with their own coaches. FOR PRACTICES WITH FIELD ATHLETES AND RELAYS..... GULF COAST RUNNERS DOES NOT PROVIDE COACHES, JUST FACILITIES. We don't want to change anything that worked for you all year (and everyone does things differently).

If you wish to train on Monday and Wednesdays at Naples HS, their pits are available for Shot and Long Jump (Discus is NOT due to events happening on their turf at the same time).

👕 Uniforms

A uniform is provided for those who select that option at sign up. Sizes are NOT guaranteed, but we will do our absolute best to put each athlete in a properly fitting jersey. They have already been ordered prior to anybody qualifying, so we must use our best judgement.

• Cross Country: If you ran state cross country in the Fall or have another Gulf Coast Runners jersey, YOU DO NOT NEED ANOTHER UNIFORM.
• Selection: Please select the appropriate link above when signing up.

🎟️ Admission Details

$10 wristbands for non-competitors are required for entry, (NOTE: Discus and Shot put is outside and does not necessarily require entry).

• Free entry: to athletes in uniforms.
• Parking: Free at IMG.
• Merchandise: State branded T-Shirts, sweatshirts, etc. - On sale for $20-40. First come, first serve. Get one early! :)

Awards - MIDDLE SCHOOL

• Medals: Top 8 Individual Medals and Podium Ceremony (Overall, not heats!).
• Relays: Top 8 Relays Medals and Podium Ceremony.
