🌅 Race Details

• Experience: Discover Manatee County's parks, beaches, and preserves on the run!
• Route: Scenic run along the Coquina Beach asphalt trail with a beautiful gulf breeze.
• Activities: Fitness, food, and family fun day! Local vendors and sunset viewing available.
• All Ages: Participants of all age and activity levels are welcome.

📅 Schedule

• Arrival: Please plan to arrive for the 5K run by 5:30 PM
• Warm-Up: 5:30 PM with Ray Gardner of Prosper Bradenton
• Start Time: 5:45 PM Run presented by Run with Purpose Nutrition
• Awards: 6:35 PM for Top 3 male & female and Top 3 kids (12 and under)

🏃‍♀️ Free Activities

• Family Walk: 6:45 PM
• Yoga: 7:15 PM with Rachael Croll of Salty Buddha
• Pre-Registration: Required for the 5K: all other activities are free.
• Community Support: 10% of registration fees assist Chastenation, supporting differently abled kids.

🎽 Packet Pick Up

• July 9-10: 7 AM - 4 PM at Run With Purpose Nutrition, 8319 Lockwood Ridge Rd, Sarasota FL
• July 11: 4 PM - 8 PM at G.T. Bray Park, 5502 33rd Ave Dr W, Bradenton FL
• Registration Includes: Dri-fit event T-shirt and custom medal for finishers.
• Shirt Guarantee: Sizes guaranteed if registered by midnight on 6/20/24.

🏅 Challenge Series

• All Events: Complete all 3 events in the RUN Manatee series to assemble a special 2025 series medal.
