Race Overview
Together with our Official Orthopedic Partner, Coastal Orthopedics, the Bradenton Runners Club presents the 29th Annual Turkey Trot 3 Mile Fun Run and Walk, which will be held at 8:00 A.M. Thanksgiving morning, Thursday, November 26th, 2026, at Robinson Preserve (south entrance), 10299 99th St NW, Bradenton, FL 34209.
Proceeds
- Support Local Charities: Proceeds from this race support our local charities and our BRC Scholarship Fund.
- Appreciation: Your generosity and years of support are greatly appreciated.
- Registration Fee: While our costs to put on this race have increased, we are still able to charge a nominal age-based registration fee.
Age-based Fee Schedule
- Pricing for Registrants: $15.00 for registrants 16 & over, $5.00 for ages 9-15, and free for ages 8 & under.
- On Race Day: Registration increases to $20.00 for registrants 16 & over, $5.00 for ages 9-15, and free for ages 8 & under.
Fun for the Whole Family
- Kids Race: 2ND ANNUAL BRC KIDS 1/3 MILE TURKEY TROT for ages 5-10.
- Registration Fee: $5.00 registration fee.
- Participation Medal: All BRC Kids Race finishers receive a custom participation medal.

Get Kids Involved
Join us for this year's Kids Turkey Trot Fun Run presented by Coastal Orthopedics and the Bradenton Runners Club. Kids will get excited about fitness when they lace up their shoes and enjoy this 1/3 mile run, which is open to children of all fitness levels.
Charitable Contributions
- Recognizing Efforts: We ask all participants to recognize the efforts of our local charities.
- Donate: Donations can be made to the Food Bank of Manatee and Turning Points.
- On-Site Donations: The Food Bank of Manatee will collect donations of canned or non-perishable foods.
- Sneaker Donations: Turning Points will be collecting donations of sneakers, tennis, and running shoes.
Race Shirts
Race shirts will be available for purchase when you register online. Proceeds from the sale of race shirts, and any additional donations, benefit our sponsored charities. Shirts and bibs will be available for pickup at early check-in on November 24th or 25th from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Fit2Run The Runners Superstore, 4951 Cortez Rd. West, Bradenton FL. Shirts and bibs can also be picked up on race day at check-in beginning at 7:00 A.M.
