The 28th Annual Bradenton Runners Club Turkey Trot 3 Mile fun run and walk will be held at 8:00 A.M. Thanksgiving morning, Thursday, November 27th, 2025, at Robinson Preserve (south entrance), 10299 99th St NW, Bradenton, FL 34209.

Event Proceeds

• Support Local Charities: Proceeds from this race support our local charities. Your generosity and years of support are greatly appreciated.
• Registration Fee: While our costs to put on this race have increased this year, we are still able to charge a nominal age-based registration fee.

Age-Based Fee Schedule

• Normal Registration Fees: $15.00 for registrants 16 & over, $5.00 for ages 9-15, and free for ages 8 & under.
• On Race Day Fees: Registration increases to $20.00 for registrants 16 & over, $5.00 for ages 9-15, and free for ages 8 & under.

New This Year: BRC Kids 1/3 Mile Turkey Trot

• Eligibility: For ages 5-10, $5.00 registration fee.
• Participation Medal: All BRC kids race finishers receive a custom participation medal.
• Encouraging Fitness: Kids will get excited about fitness when they lace up their shoes and enjoy this 1/3 mile run, which is open to children of all fitness levels.
• Adult Registration Required: All registrations for minors under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult registration and require a waiver signed by a guardian or parent.

Charity Donations

As in past years, we are still asking all participants to recognize the efforts of our local charities, the Food Bank of Manatee and Turning Points, by making donations when they register for this race. Monetary donations may be made online here, and/or in person on race day.

• On-site Donations: The Food Bank of Manatee will be on-site on Thanksgiving Day to collect your donations of canned or non-perishable foods.
• Shoe Donations: Turning Points will be collecting donations of sneakers, tennis, and running shoes on race day.
• Diaper Drive: This year’s Turkey Trot will include a diaper drive in support of our newest sponsor, One More Child.

Race Shirts

Race shirts will be available for purchase when you register online. Race shirts must be picked up at check-in on race day or the night before at the pre-race day check-in November 26 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Fit2Run The Runners Superstore, 4951 Cortez Rd. West, Bradenton FL.
