JJK 5K Run & Walk During the NASCAR Cup Series Weekend at World Wide Technology Raceway

Add to your Labor Day festivities and include the fun and excitement of the third annual JJK5K Race on September 1st at World Wide Technology Raceway. Labor Day will be our annual date. This will be the first event of 2025 Enjoy Illinois 300 week and we will again honor our hometown champion Jackie Joyner-Kersee. She has dedicated her life after Olympic competition to supporting the youth of East St. Louis. Please join us for this incredible opportunity to celebrate her accomplishments and kick off the first event of the 2025 Enjoy Illinois 300 week.

👟 Race Choices

There are two events to choose from:

• 5K run: Experience a competitive run around the track.
• 1.25 mile walk: Enjoy a leisurely walk around the oval track.

🌟 Unique Experience

It will be a unique experience for a great cause! All activities take place throughout the WWTR facilities, including the same track NASCAR drivers race on for the Enjoy Illinois 300.

💖 Beneficiary

Race proceeds benefit the JJK Foundation and her Winning In Life program, which focuses on teaching character and leadership skills– a vital part of the Metro East community supporting many youth programs.
