Race Overview

• Date: Saturday, October 31st, 2026
• Location: 213 North Talbot Street, St Michaels, MD
• Events: Marathon, Half Marathon, and 5k
• Course: One of Maryland's flattest courses, perfect for setting your PR!

Course Details

• Half Marathon: 13.1 miles from Tilghman Island to St Michaels with minimal elevation changes.
• Full Marathon: Follows the half marathon course with a detour around Bozman before returning to St Michaels.
• 5k: Out and back course starting and finishing at the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum.
• Certification: All courses are USATF certified.

Start Information

• Start Time: 5k begins at 8:30 am.
• Early Access: Runners allowed to cross the mat from 8:00 am to 8:05 am.
• Arrival: All runners must be on site by 7:45 am.
• Transportation: Buses provided from the Maritime Museum to the Tilghman Island start line.

Race Day Logistics

• Facilities: Aide stations available along the course for hydration and nutrition.
• Drawbridges: Course includes two drawbridges, with traffic temporarily stopped at the start.
• Cutoff Time: 8 hour cutoff for marathon and half marathon participants.
• Pacing: Participants can move at a pace of 18 minutes and 30 seconds per mile.
