Course Details
- Half Marathon: Navigates from Tilghman Island to St Michaels
- Full Marathon: Follows the Half Marathon course with additional turns
- 5K Course: 1.55 miles out and back from the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum
- Elevation: Little to no elevation or turns!
Start Logistics
- Runner Arrival: All runners must be on site by 7:45 AM
- Time Allowance: Runners will be allowed to cross the mat within the first 5 minutes (8:00:00 to 8:05:00)
- Transportation: Buses available at the Maritime Museum on race morning to the start line at Tilghman Island
- Traffic Control: Traffic will be temporarily shut down on the Island for safety
Cutoff Times
- Marathon & Half Marathon: 8-hour cutoff
- Minimum Pace: 18 minutes 30 seconds
- Final Push: Perfect opportunity for those recovering from a long season
- Completion Time: Friends participating in the marathon have a full 8 hours to finish!
