The PJP 5K/10K Run for Parkinson's

Event Overview

We are back with a 5K &: 10K Run for Parkinson's that is BIGGER and BETTER than ever! We are thrilled to announce that the 2025 PJP Run for Parkinson's will be held on Saturday, October 4th, 2025, in beautiful Farragut, Tennessee! Join us early or stay afterward to explore our engaging Health Exhibition. Since its inception in 2015, PJ Parkinson's Support has continually evolved, starting with our inaugural walk-a-thon and introducing the 5K run in 2019. After a successful first 10K Run in 2024, we can't wait to bring you an even more exciting second 10K run!

Purpose of the Event

• Community Involvement: Parkinson's Support Groups from across East Tennessee are uniting for an event dedicated to raising awareness and highlighting local efforts to support individuals living with Parkinson's disease and their families.
• Empowerment: Together, we will champion this vital cause!
• Awareness Goals: Our goal for the 2024 Run for Parkinson's is to foster a deeper understanding of this progressive and degenerative nervous system disorder.
• Compassionate Environment: We aim to create a compassionate environment that provides support for patients and their families.

Registration Information

• Early Registration: $30 5K Run | $40 10K Run [$5 increase after 8/31/2025]
• Swag Bag: "The Greatest" Swag Bag of items donated by our sponsors
• Runner Raffle: Ticket for the Runner Raffle
• Race T-Shirt: Guaranteed for participants with early registration

Additional Race Information

• Optional T-Shirts: Additional/optional T-shirts can be pre-ordered with online registration for $15.
• Event Purchases: A limited number of t-shirts will be available for purchase at the event for $20.
• Packet Pick-Up: Avoid the lines on race day and pick up your race packet on 10/3 from 4:00-6:30 PM at Fleet Feet, 11619 Parkside Dr.
• Location: The race will take place at The Village Green/Farragut, Farragut, TN.

Awards

Awards &: Prizes will be given to the winners of the following categories:

• Overall Winners: Top 3 Overall Male and Female Runners
• Category Winners: Top 3 Male and Female Runners in each category will receive a beautiful lanyard medal.
• Runner Categories: Categories include ages 5-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
• Competitor Spirit: Celebrating the spirit of competitiveness in a supportive environment.
