Join us on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at Coopers Landing in Columbia, MO, as we kick off Patriot's Day Weekend with the Do Hard Things 5k Run/Walk & 9.11 Mile Run or Ruck challenge! Are you ready to push your limits and achieve your fitness goals while showing support for our first responders and Veterans?

• 5k Run/Walk: Participants can choose between a 5k run/walk.
• 9.11 Mile Run or Ruck: Participants have the option to join the Ruck challenge, carrying weights on their backs for added intensity.

🇺🇸 Supporting a Cause

• Beneficiary: A portion of the event proceeds will benefit the Do Hard Things Next Mission Project.
• Cause: Enhancing the quality of life for veterans and first responders post-service.
