Fees

• Payment: The series will be PRE-PAID ONLINE ONLY this year.
• Pricing: $25 for members (Fee will reduce automatically before checkout for club members): $60 for non-members.
• Sign-up Deadline: Must be complete by May 28 for the first race.
• Individual Race Fee: $10 for both members and non-members.

Race Times

• Start Time: All races begin at 7:00 PM.
• Race Dates:
  • May 28th: 2-Mile Track Run (at the old North Carroll High School Track)
  • June 11th: Hashawha 3-Mile Trail Run
  • June 25th: Run with the Knights 5K
  • July 9th: FSK 6K
  • July 23rd: Pleasant Valley 4-Mile
  • August 6th: Runnymede 8K

Premium

• Eligibility: Must volunteer/compete in at least 5 of 6 races.

Scoring

• Gender Scoring: Runners will be scored by gender: one point for 1st, 2 points for 2nd, etc.
• Attendance Requirement: To qualify for awards/premium, you must run/work at least 5 of the races.
• Age Groups: Runners will be scored in age groups: 15 and under: 16-19: 20-29: 30-39: 40-49: 50-59: 60-69: 70-79: 80 and over.
• Awards: There will be NO duplication of awards: your age will be based on your 1st race of the series.

Cancellation/Weather Policy

• Authority: Series directors have the authority to delay, shorten, cancel, or reschedule races due to weather conditions.
• Lightning Condition: No race will start until 30 minutes after lightning is seen.
• Race Cancellation: If deemed too late to start, the race will either be rescheduled or canceled.
• Updates: Please check the WRRC website and/or Facebook for updates.

Additional Information

• Race Cancellation Policy: If a race is cancelled, the Series will contain five races with only four needed for the awards/premium.
• Contact for Changes: Please check Facebook, website, or e-mail notices of any changes to the race schedule.
